Product Availability and Shipping
Winnipeg Trading Post will do its best to fulfill your complete order to your satisfaction. However, due to product availability, some products may not be available at time of fulfillment.
Winnipeg Trading Post reserves the right to not fulfill certain orders based on product availability and/or final shipping costs.
In the event that this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible during business hours for possible product substitutions and/or order alterations.
Processing Times
Processing time is the time required to assemble the order and prepare for shipping or pickup. Orders received after 3pm CST will be processed the next business day. Lack of product availability, store staffing, and Canada Post pickup delays may increase processing times. But in general, most orders received before 3pm CST are processed on the same day.
Shipping
Shipping is the time and method it takes to deliver an order. Shipping starts once the order is assembled, postage is finalized (a shipping label is affixed to the package), and the package is picked up and scanned by Canada Post.
Some items may be too expensive to ship using our standard shipping rates. This may be due to a resulting shipping box size that is too large, or too heavy for Canada Post. Alternate methods of shipping may need to be applied.
Winnipeg Trading Post reserves the right to cancel shipping of certain orders based on final shipping cost. This includes orders that have already been marked as paid by your payment method.
Customers with orders that result in final shipping charges being more than what was indicated on your paid order, will be notified of any possible extra charges to cover the difference.
